Friday mornings at 6:30am - 8am

The purpose of these online Mysore Style Classes is to support you in your home practice. You must practice at least 3 times a week in total.

1 Month Pass
Mondays only: $60
Fridays only: $60
Mondays and Fridays: $100
These start on the 1st of each month and end on the last day of the month (not transferable). This is because we have limited places available in each class.

Private sessions (Zoom) with Melia or Jean
30 mins: $40 (to discuss practice, sequences etc)
60 mins: $80

FAQ
Why are there no casual classes?
We limit our Zoom classes to 12 people.This is so we can give proper personal attention and really help you with your practice (and you will be too small on our screens!) Financially, these smaller class sizes mean we have to prioritise people who practise regularly. Also, we have set this up for people who want to have their own regular home practice with their own specialised sequences. Casual attendance doesn’t allow us to get to know you and support you in progressing your practice.

Online Beginners Course in Ashtanga Yoga

8 week course available from January 2022 (start anytime)
Includes: Introduction Zoom session with Melia or Jean for Assessment
Videos with full instructions on how to practice Ashtanga step by step, building up to a 45 minute practice.
1 Mysore style class each week for 8 weeks (choose from Monday nights or Friday mornings).
