Online Classes so you can practice at home
We are offering classes of differing levels of difficulty and duration.
There are 8 classes in total:
2 x Beginner Led Practice - easy to moderate - approximately 30 minutes
2 x Beginner Led Practice - easy to moderate - approximately 60 minutes
2 x Vinyasa Class (60 minutes) - moderate to challenging - approximately 60 minutes
2 x Vinyasa Class (90 minutes) - moderate to challenging - approximately 90 minutes

These classes are available at any time so you are able to choose from a range of classes to practise at a time that suits you. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to keep practising at this time!
